I can just SMELL the goodies. In the town where I grew up, there was a round-shaped building with spires and other regal exterior decor, with pink and white lattice and wrought iron inside. It was called "The Palace of Sweets" and they served up the best ice cream concoctions a kid could ever dream of. Such a special treat to go there. What a lovely, inviting place.
