I believe in equal rights and equal pay and equal everything. Closer to home—equality has its limits.
Though our household contains two humans and one cat—things are pretty lopsided around here. I’m talking closet space, conversation, and definitely drama (our cat wins that one, hands down). With two females competing for time and attention, this pretty much leaves V. out in the cold.
He’s a really good sport about this. Especially regarding my priorities.
When either of my kids is around, V is completely sometimes ignored.
He just emailed me asking for a ride home from the airport tonight when he comes back from a business trip.
Oops. I didn’t even notice he was gone. LOL.
