As promised yesterday, I’m already writing more about books: a book that hasn’t even been published yet.
When it comes out next year, The Watchman’s Rattle —and author Rebecca Costa—-will be important and influential——-in the worlds of publishing, business, politics, science.
And the story behind the book is as amazing as the book itself.
I only know this because Rebecca is a friend who lives here in Carmel. It feels a little like standing backstage waiting, just before Susan Boyle walked out and started to sing.
Her ideas are going to knock your socks off.

And let me know what you think.
I haven’t read the book yet either; but I’m planning to suck up to beg ask the author to give me an advance copy.

I am thoroughly delighted that we have re-connected after all these years and am totally in love with your daily blog. But I cannot tell you how impressed I am with your extensive list of influential, stimulating and totally engaging friends and family(Carla, Paul, Alli, Daniel, current and ex-husbands, nieces, nephews, etc.). Thank you for sharing them with us.
Thank u—And that’s why I love being a slut!
I think everyone has fascinating stories; I just share mine. Although I do seem to attract a lot of drama. Trust me, I can’t even use my best material.
Seriously after spending so many years where the action is, that’s why it’s so remarkable that in a small town, I’d come across someone like Rebecca Costa.
