I was in Greece twice many years ago, and though I thought I tried every single Greek dish and dessert, I missed it, too. Thank goodness for Mary; it was amazing.

When our son, Sean, and I were in Greece, a few years ago, I can't believe that we missed the Mosaico! Boy, that looks and sounds yummy!! We know the owner of a good restaurant here, in town, who is (wouldn't you know it), Greek. I may ask him if he'll put that on the menu one of these days!!!

The meal was pretty wondrous---and a LOT of work, I"m sure--made by Mary with a LOT of love.
And a cruise with girlfriends of a lifetime---with lots of love laughs and desserts---sounds like the perfect way to celebrate a big birthday---or celebrate anything.
Thank you for the comments!

Two friends and I just returned from an 8-day 60th birthday celebration cruise to the eastern Caribbean. Girlfriends are the best!! We ate amazing food, too many desserts and laughed non- stop. Our favorite day was on a 56 ' cataraman cruising and snorkeling on St johns island!! They took care of me as I had a total hip replacement 3 weeks prior . So I danced in the water as they showed off their dancing skills on board . An adventure to celebrate our 50 years of friendship.
